TRAINING

Implementation of It-projects often requires training of stakeholders to make sure people have the right knowledge and the needed competences to work with the solution. Training can take place before, during or after the implementation. We offer help with:

• Identification of training needs among stakeholders - finding out the exact qualifications and competences of the involved stakeholders and their need for training

• Development of training materials – print materials (e.g. manuals, quick guides, work instructions, slide packs) and videos & films

• Planning & facilitation of training programs, workshops, courses etc.

• Go-live training of involved stakeholders in a HOTLINE function

• Training evaluation – conduction of online training evaluation surveys to evaluate the training content and performance

• Train the trainer – making sure that training/course instructors have the needed qualifications and input to conduct the training

• Coaching & trusted advisory – one-to-one coaching sessions to support, assist and advice stakeholders on project critical topics and challenges
