STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS

Networking

To manage change, build commitment, support IT-projects and fully understand the type and magnitude of the change effort required, we recommend always starting out with a stakeholder assessment. In this way the organization can continuously initiate and respond to changes in ways that create advantage, minimize risks and sustain performance.

A Stakeholder Assessment is based on qualitative in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and consists of 4 steps:

1.      Stakeholder Identification

2.      Change Impact Analysis

3.      Change Readiness Assessment

4.      Change Risk Assessment
