REINFORCEMENT

When the changes are taking shape and people have embraced the new IT-solution and new ways of working, the organization is ready to find its new ‘shape’.  In this stage, we need to help people and the organization internalize or institutionalize the changes.

 

Help to make the changes stick and to establish a self-sustaining organisation. We need to make sure that the stakeholders do not get caught in a transition trap where they aren't sure how things should be done, so nothing ever gets done to full capacity.

 

The recent changes must sink in so changes will be not be perceived as change for change's sake but as real and valuable changes.
